掌控情绪就宛如烹饪
我们需要在烹饪的过程里学会控制每一种调味料的分量
哪个该多;哪个该少,都会影响食物本身的味道
就像情绪,当某种情绪过多而平衡不了时就会影响心情
我不会烹饪,所以不知道该放哪种调味料去综合此刻复杂的味道
而我想到最好的方法就是不要煮,去买个面包吃就好
吃饱后再放空,这样最适合不过了
=)
